Get rid of the coach and the O-Line will still be bad and the defense will still be terrible. Then what?

It's a head start I guess. The Ravens have an awful offensive line, pass rush, quarterback, and corners, but that doesn't mean our front office and coaching staff shouldn't get the heave ho so we could get the jump on finding people that are good at their jobs . Same principle applies here.

The guy who gave up a first round pick for struggle cuts and then blamed his quarterback he gave a big contract to for why the offensive line and the defense suck when they sucked before that contract.

The defense can only be fixed by the draft or FA but I don't see any point in keeping Pagano around to coach them.
