No, it was Cheney/ Doug Feith/ Paul Wolfowtize private "intelligence" that bullshytted evidence of WMD's. The CIA was well aware there was no evidence. But the CIA chief was a whore and he resisted his staff and underlings insistence that the evidence was bullshyt.
