But REASONABLE DOUBT can be raised on whether it is slander or him just doing his job which is to give a thorough revealing interview into his life. WHY DO YOU THINK GAG ORDERS EXIST. Defamation lawsuits are the hardest to win...notice nearly every judge show on tv has the defendant COUNTERSUING FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER...AND THEY NEVER WIN....reason why is because you have to prove that the things being said are truly meant to damage and then you have to prove that damage financially...NO WAY CIARA CAN PROVE FUTURE COST HER 15mil off a 45min radio interview in which 15 of those minutes where dedicated to her. Ciara couldn't make 15mil musically PERIOD...and they'll examine her sales to see if she could. She can't. PLUS...SHE DECIDED TO HAVE A CHILD WITH HIM...if this where the standard of defamation courts wouldn't be able to handle the hoards of other cases that would come before it. Too hard to prove...she will lose this.:yeshrug:

Imma let you continue to cook

But reasonable doubt is standard in criminal cases, this isn't one.
Also a Jay z music, which this also isnt.

I just used the term reasonable doubt for showing plausible reason not to believe her accusation ...not so much the way Johnny Cochran used it...but yea, it is the most cliche term in legal history:lolbron:
