You know, I'm not exactly sure what grounds she is trying to base it off of to say its ridiculous or not. Theres an extent he can say things but I don't actually know what it is he said. I'd feel foolish even looking it up to find out.

I'm not going to say "Black men..." because I don't personally know any Black men like Fewtcha... The Black men I know are more like Russell... Hardworking, responsible loving family men. I'm also not going to say "Black women..." because I don't personally know any Black woman who would have a CONVERSATION with Fewtcha, let alone touch his dirty azz. Ciara should have left him in the dumpster. And NOW she's having to deal with the aftermath of him...

Like I said this is the problem with defamation cases with celebs, all her trash behavior can be brought out to show he didn't destroy her or defame her character it was already terrible. On top of other shyt, such as saying he was only expressing his opinoin, or he wasn't directly referring to her.

Its a bad situation it opens you to, and its why most don't do it in the US
