Same thing happened to me when I quit smoking weed. You are probably addicted to the act of smoking, the throat hit ( That's what it's called), blowing out smoke, etc. It's almost harder to quit the act of smoking than it is to quit nicotine

A week and a half to two weeks. I smoke one cig a day, except on Friday and Saturday, the days I’m usually drinking - at which point it’s 3. My brother says I might as well quit if I’m only smoking a cig a day, but I can’t.

That's how I started. Got put on papers and started smoking cigs. Can't drink, smoke or snort (dont judge me) so I smoked cigs

It depends on how stressed I am. If I have a bad week a pack could last 2 or 3 days. A regular week I won't finish a pack. I'm not a regular smoker tho. Only when I'm stressed which has been a lot lately
