so people get to live in manhattan for thousands of dollars a month below market value and have the nerve to complain? thats why i never felt bad for people living in the projects in manhattan. imagine having a 2 bedroom apartment in manhattan for a couple hundred dollars per month

I saw a lot of projects in Manhattan in the nice neighborhoods (even Upper East Side) , and you can even live there with a McDonald's wage

im glad i never had a doorman, alot less hassle. i dont need someone calling the police cause the hallway smells like weed or giving me shyt for having people in and out of my apartment at all hours of the night. as a matter of fact i always found it convenient that the doors to my buildings in both the BX and BK never had working locks
