as someone who books someone, you need to weed out the bullshyt on social media. Likes and comments are one of them. You need to see who and what is commenting (is it bots or real people, is it people 21+, is it people from the country). I always tell people when someone refers someone to me, "oh this person has 5 million followers!" that it sometimes dont mean much.

Its free and takes a second to like a picture or comment an emoji. Paying $30-50 and taking time out your day to see them or even listen to their music.... thats another story.
