The only reason to bring up sales is to analyze profit/popularity.
Forza has been the most profitable and popular franchise for years.
If PD can only put out one game every 4-7 years, it's not Forzas fault.
10 million people have played Forza on Xbox 1. That means literally half of everybody who owns an Xbox has played Forza.
