Clarence Thomas isn't your average black man. There's a reason why this billionaire bankrolled Thomas (and his fukking family) instead of a white conservative justice that would have gladly taken the money/gifts. Well, who's to say he didn't actually. But nah, I don't see Thomas going anywhere, particularly if similar behavior from liberal justices could be exposed. GOP isn't going to force out the most conservative judge while a Democrat holds the white house.

So? Even if anyone pursues it, the combined legal forces of the entire conservative movement would line up to obstruct, delay, distract, until they got a Republican in office who would immediately pardon him.
And even if he got convicted, so what? He'd get some light sentence, probably not any jail time, and if there was jail time they'd schedule that shyt while he was off session so it wouldn't interrupt his duties.
I'm seriously not seeing the pathway where it gets him out of office. The entire system has to be changed so that these fools can actually be held accountable, and right now the processes aren't even there.
