I mentioned in the offseason thread that altho PHI has a top tier starting lineup, the rest of their squad are flawed one-dimensional players that'll have to rely on heliocentric Harden ball to be productive.
What Kenny said at halftime was true in that where Embiid gets the ball in the freethrow line area doesn't force the defense to move from their assignments. So everything is always stagnant. Conversely, while not sustainable, heliocentric PnR ball by design forces the defense to shift. This is why PHI has looked better with Harden facilitating.
Stan slightly misguided in that it's not simply (deadball) Harden isos; there is play action that's forcing the defense to shift/be on their heels.
