However, why were the lightskinned characters educated and upper class, and the darkskinned ones were all ghetto?

I just quoted Wedge yesterday at work. Smartass at work tried to get me hemmed up for not putting in a part. Another dude told him we don't do that anymore and it was in JES ( basically job instruction book) cac gonna say "I didn't see it in there ." I said "Reading is fuuuundamental ."
