if it was any other rapper or producer album with those songs on it, it would be counted as dope at the very least but because it’s Dre, there’s a very high standard. Some of the second half is still dope AF - Bang Bang, Housewife, The Message. Ackrite and a couple of those Hittman songs sound like they were supposed to be on a Hittman album. He didn’t have the charisma and spark that Snoop had so those songs didn’t stand out as much.

Yeah 2001 is a little too long. Narrow it down to the best 16 tracks and its a classic.
