^^^Aside from the alleged shots at Prince, this went. Timbaland's dismissal of Scott Storch as a "piano man" and Furtado sending shots at possibly Gwen Stefani and Fergie, this was a cool song.

This still my shiit till this day. 07’ was a crazy year *whew*…(good crazy).

Crazy part about this song tho. This beat ain’t even hella complicated, technical, or grand (to US! regular listeners. I know some of yall got “producer’s ear”) the bars ain’t really conceptual or anything. When you step back and really focus on the bigger picture…shiit lowkey mid…but it’s just really a feel good song. The vibe of the song is undeniable.

Also, Nelly took an L around this time because of this song. Fergie saw her in the club a while after this dropped and was lowkey on timin. Had Nelly actin real nice, and tryna get up outta there lol.

I hated Timbo's production around that time. Beats sounded like instrumentals for cell phone commercials.
Same....I though I was living in the twilight zone seeing people go crazy for Sexyback cuz that shyt sounded like an SNL parody

To be honest, Timbaland is my favorite producer, but I wasn't and am still not a fan of "SexyBack", but knew it would be huge. "My Love" isn't a song I particularly love either. "What Goes Around", "Lovestoned", "Until The End of Time" and most of the rest of the album is crazy though.
