serious question

i never understood the need to have ones entire music collection on a device. i just feel like i would forget that i had something if i had my entire collection. i try to put albums/song that i am feeling at the moment and then after awhile just wash rinse and repeat.

why the need to have it all????

I have all my music on it and just made a bunch of playlists. When I wanna listen to an album all the way through it's right there also.

I got a 160GB 6th generation for $90 on Craigslist to replace my broken 5th generation and afterwards I saw one for $60

only advantage the Classic has on the touch is capacity in every other regard the touch is better

being able to make quick playlist on the go as well as deleting songs(I hate skits)

internet radio, youtube, browsing and games all pluses

I get suddent urges to listen to particular albums/songs sometimes and having them there is a huge plus

but my favorite thing is putting a genre on shuffle and having that one song you forgot about pop up :stylin:

Damn I've been quietly faking the funk with phones & my touch ever since I lost my classic to liquid damage. The whole picking and choosing process has me :pacspit:...Think I'm going in on a classic this weekend.

I had an 8 GB at first, every time a big-name LP dropped I'd be in front my computer with the :ohlawd: face trying to figure out which songs to remove from my carefully crafted collection of mp3's.

Smartened up and copped the 160 gig, now I throw random albums on this bytch with no regard

"who's this nikka rappin, he sounds nice, let me download his ENTIRE DISCOGRAPHY" :wow:

i bought the 30gb video in 2005? and i realized it was a waste of money.

1) i didn't have or was capable of filling it up (pause)

2) even if i did, i would probably wouldn't listen to half the shyt.

biggest regret. i just use it as an usb now
