Why don't you guys apply this same reasoning when @LieutenantDan posts 50 threads daily?

Cognitive dissonance :jbhmm: ??

Let's see which side can truly keep it 100 and answer the question

for one, Dan doesnt brag about how he hates 50 and how NO ONE checks for him, Flash does ALL DAY NON STOP, yet he's the one who makes countless threads and talks about 50 non stop

so take the blind hate cap off and stop being bias.. if we make 100 rick ross threads all day but yet comment all day how much we hate Ross then you might have a leg to stand on, but we dont minus the 1 or 2 like the sales thread but compared to flash its hilarious you trying to justify his bullshyt smh

Imo, I felt like Styles P was working of a false premise while talking to Fif. He assumed that 50 held the same set of principles, values, and priorities that he did prior to getting in the industry. This is incorrect, which makes Styles P whole message about forgetting-were-you-come-from a pointless talking-point, since 50 never valued those street ideals in the first place.

Exactly...that was more like a debate between two different ideologies

50 being the proud Capitalist and Styles P being the humble Socialist

And they both made good points ...and stuck to what they valued..

So in my opinion NOBODY GOT SONNED

they both represent the two principles in the rap game ART and COMMERCE

and they both respect each other ....for being masters in their craft
..50 the business man.and Styles the Lyricist

I never understand why 50 stans cry and whine so much about @Bks Finest making threads about 50. Yeah, I understand that he's exposing 50 as a fraud(which he is), however, it's a forum. Do 50 stans not know how a forum works? People are free to discuss any topic of interest that they see fit, as-long as it doesn't break the rules. And last I checked, there is no, "Don't hurt 50 stans feelings" condition cited in the rules when it comes to deciding a topic of discussion for a thread. And no person has the superiority to tell another person what sort of topics he can have interest in, especially when it comes to music.

Also, lets not forget. You stans have the option to ignore his threads too. I mean, no one is baiting/forcing you to post in his threads. Personally, based on your behavior of constantly engaging Bk about 50, I think he's hitting a nerve. If you were really confident about 50 than you would have no reason to even entertain this guy, but yet, you guys do.

people getting on their nerves so much i got banned for saying my piece on 50's fukkery, those fakkits on KTT are full blown snitches.

I only read the bolded & im only speaking for myself
Only reason I even say anything is because you have dumbass people complaining about 50 being irrelevant and having all these threads being made. Yet they are the ones with the majority of posts.

Again you have dumbass people who are on a campaign to try and be mods to help "clean" up all the 50 cent threads that they ironically post in.

So I like to call them out on they bullshyt. If no one gives a fukk about an irrelevant rapper, why bring up shyt about 2003-2007 to discredit him? Same people who like to make fun of G-Unit fans for "living in the past" are the same ones who will only and always bring up the past.

True. Unfortunately for Styles, America is a capitalist nation, so that "I don't care about the money and success, come back to da hood!!" approach is ill-advised, especially in regard to a profession so powered by the bottom line as the music business. There wasn't anything really disrespectful about their convo, sounded like a rap version of what I'd imagine a Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump convo would sound like, lol, not exactly but yeah.

I didn't get that impression at all. It sounded like 50 was letting him ramble let him say his peace and the immediately says " come by the office let's talk" I didn't hear a stutter or anything like that.

I see it somewhat different. Based on what was said, I don't think Style P core issue is with people who necessarily value wealth or business first. I think his real issue was with the idea of a hood dude changing his values once he became successful, and that the Ex hood dude has a sense of arrogance and rudeness to the people who didn't have the same abilities/luck to do what he did.

Let me elaborate, if 50 was a middle class black kid, raised in a nuclear household, college graduate who got rich threw good fiance/business, and then claimed his first priority was wealth and good business...I don't think Styles P would have had the same sort of reaction that he displayed in the video. Because in Styles P mind that person never came from the same culture that Stypes P did, so he wouldn't expect that person to have ever held the same cultural values that he does.

So as you can see -- Yes, there is a dispute over a difference of values, but only in the sense that Styles P can't understand how a person from the same black underclass as him could differ so drastically in behavior and attitude. It's not about what 50 should value, but it's about what a street dude should value in Styles P mind. And based on 50 rap persona, Styles P made the number one "mark" mistake and confused entertainment with reality, which lead him to concluded that 50 was like him prior to becoming a rap-star, and only change due to success. However, this is not true based on the facts that we have about Woodface. which is why I said Styles was working off a false premise in that discussion.

Also, I completely disagree with your conclusion that 50 showed respect to Styles P. Towards the end of the video, 50 was still making threats that he had the power to push back Styles P record, for the second time I might add. This tells me that 50 has zero admiration for anything Styles P does.

Exactly... When this happened no one was saying the other got sonned

It was more like :leon: somebody's not scared of 50

They made good points and made good music afterwards... Not sure why these threads even matter

50 went crickets...... after that.

That's one of my main issues with hip hop these days, the minute you start saying somebody's success level vs talent level, that debate is over, you killed that discussion as relevant as a music artist. Because that's the only thing you could run to. Someday someone is going to have that moment like Styles did live on the air & a lot of people will hear it & ask the question "Yea,Why does it matter in that discussion of importance of an artist?"

Mentioning money & sales frequently is a sign of desperation that proves an artist has nothing else to cling to in terms of his/her ability.

Facts. Fif himself was :merchant: when SP didn't back down. Then the Cam'ron situation came on that day, and ever since then....

CURITSSSSSSDSSSSSSS :lolbron:
