whats cool about classical piano is that the piece tells you how the composer wants it to be played, but that doesnt mean each person interprets it and hears it the same in their head.

Classical music = timeless music. Lacrimosa as mentioned is on point.

My favorite piano concertos are by Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky (Rach 3 = .. first time I saw the sheet music I just walked away)



Yundi Li does my favorite interpretations of Chopin (the last minute of this is so clean)



For more contemporary classical music, especially if just trying to get into the genre, y'all should check out music for motion picture advertising. Classical, often incorporating some digital components but short, sweet and epic. Two Steps From Hell are the kings of this.
