Nocturnal is a bit different because Da Beatminerz were marginalized and some bum local cats got beats placed but Ruck & Rock were so damn great they pushed it to cult classic levels.

Hmm probably D.I.T.C. Big L is #26 on my favorite rappers list and Lord Finesse would be around the 35-40 mark. O.C. is very great too, Word...Life is a 9/10 album.

Buckwild and Lord Finesse are both in my top 15 producers
