"The Ghetto" didn't stand out to you?

I pretty much picked my four favourite tracks and the ones that really caught my attention. Can't remember the Ghetto lol

I mean I only really focused on the two albums I played twice, the rest I kinda let them run thru without focusing on individual tracks.

But from Life is...Too Short:

- title track
- Nobody Does it Better
- Oakland
- City of Dope

those stood out to me

and from Get in Where You Fit in:

- Gotta Get Some Lovin'
- Blowjob Betty (hilarious lol)
- The Dangerous Crew
- Oakland Style

anything with Oakland in it seems to be good lol

Don't fight the feeling is an absolute Bay anthem. 4 Tays first verse if I'm not mistaken.

No I wasn't at that time. I was just a toddler when that came out.

I was watching Short interview and he was saying something about how Blow The Whistle came to be. Lil Jon wanted to make the song as a 'response' to something Short had made on a previous album.

And given that I'm a Lil B fan (and he's clearly influenced by Short), I thought I might as well check out his shyt in some sorta depth.

The tape my older brother had had the cut Coke Dealers. The tape I used to bring to school was this one, all the cover said was Dangerous Music. I think it had Don't Stop Rappin and Cusswords on it.

EDIT: I voted no on Shorty the Pimp because I feel it's his weakest album to me but my favorite Too Short song (I Want to Be Free) is on it. LOL yeah i'm like that

Yeah that's a travesty...I'm also really shocked to see Short get one in considering the bias around here. Dude REALLY did influence wayyyyyyyy too many artists in EVERY area not to be acknowledged

didn't the criteria I seen y'all put up state that classic status is Impact & Quality well Short had that with
BTM, LITS, GIWYFI, Cocktails and hell even WMFW because he was the FIRST cat meshing Hyphy, Crunk and still kept it funky
One thing that's overlooked about Short as well is the fact that dude shytted on EVERYBODY who ever tried to beef with him. That's dope for a artist whom is mostly judged as lacking in the lyrics department
