What if they traded for a high pick in the draft, maybe Gobert for the Celtics pick:jbhmm: i know hes a great defensive player but it would help boston and get utah a potential superstar.
they didn't stop making good PG's when they made Fultz.

Rudy Goberts don't grow on trees.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
How long you talking :patrice:
Gordon already 27
Also you think the Warriors time almost up?

They need to wait 3 years, Dray's contract is up then (2019/2020), Klay's is up after the 2018/19 season.

I don't think the Warriors primes are up, but I do think they're going to lose Klay or Dray, someone is going to pay out the ass and they will have two supermaxes in Curry and KD.

PG x MD
yet he's the guy everyone thinks Boston needs to target to make the cypher complete
He'd be a nice addition sure but he isn't putting them over Cleveland and they'd still be beatable by other up and coming teams in the East like the Wizards, healthy Milwaukee, and possibly even the Raptors. If not a 3rd option it'd have to be a situation where he can interchange playing 2nd or 3rd fiddle kind of like Draymond and Klay. But a true Kobe to Shaq, Wade to LeBron, Kyrie to Lebron, Gasol to Kobe, Parker to Duncan, Pippen to Jordan type of situation I'm not sure I see it.
I think he'd be great on the Spurs where him and Aldridge could be Kawhi's Klay and Draymon (prior to Durant).

they are a long way off from matching the warriors in talent, which is what it will take to be real title contenders.

the problem its going to be almost impossible for them, or anyone to get that amount of talent. they are the only team with two superstars, and two all-stars. ultimately this group is going nowhere because its doubtful a big star is coming to utah in free agency.

Let's face it, they ain't doing nothing. Stockton/Malone was a different time and I'd argue neither would have probably left anyway but that will never happen in Utah again. Even if they somehow drafted a franchise player or someone like Gobert turned into one, they'd leave shortly after.
They're like a player away from being a real contender, but they're not gonna get that player because Utah.
A superstar that probably leaves once that rookie deal is up
but why?

In other words, Utah can't contend even if they do everything right because their location makes it inherently tough to compete. Why even bother? Meanwhile y'all would be livid if they ever said fukk it and weren't tryna compete.

they're gonna have to. Exum ain't ready and other free agents will either cost just as much or aren't as good.

Unless they can max out Lowry and get him to Utah, might as well maintain continuity.

4 years max of Hill just ain't the move and could hurt them in the long run.
