Roger Clinton is again in the news, and, again, not in a good way.

The brother of former president Bill Clinton — and brother-in-law of likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton — was in jail Monday on suspicion of driving while drunk in California, the site of a major primary on Tuesday.

"Police spokeswoman Diana Pech says 59-year-old Roger Clinton was taken into custody Sunday night in the seaside city of Redondo Beach, about 20 miles south of downtown Los Angeles," the Associated Press reported.

Roger Clinton is scheduled to appear in court later Monday.

TMZ, which broke the story, reports that Clinton refused blood alcohol testing after his arrest on Sunday evening.

Notes TMZ:

"Clinton was also arrested for DUI in 2001. That same year, President Clinton infamously pardoned his half-brother for a drug charge."
