I would have took them if they had one more guy, like a good version of PG. Harden is too hit and miss these days to depend on him consistently, Kawhi is the same. You need like an insurance backup, idk if Powell is good enough for that.

It's a shame for them because its looking like this is finally the year Kawhi will go in healthy, Zubac is playing amazing, Harden still contributing.

It's value, on paper, but in reality, the likelihood of them being healthy enough to battle through an entire playoff run without homecourt advantage (along with all the breaks they'll need), is next to no chance.

I'd be backing whatever team is on the opposite bracket of OKC with the best run to the WCF.

Granted he’s too expensive and doesn’t want to leave LA anyway, but Kawhi is probably one more injury away from needing to just embrace the “Porzingis in Boston” role for a young contending team.

LeBron, Wardell, Kevin, Russell, James, Kawhi, Jimmy, Damian… we’re getting closer and closer to the collective Last Dance/geriatric invitational for the 2010s era.

We should probably appreciate the next 2-years of playoffs, all jokes aside.

Giannis bout to be 31 to though I think he has years left to make playoff runs.
