I hope not. Otto is a good player and a starter. Oubre and Brown aren't starters.

Wizards fans on twitter are obsessed with using Otto to get Cousins. Do they not see that plodding post players do not fit the modern game? Especially one coming off perhaps the worst injury you can have in pro-sports?

Ideally they keep all the wings and Satoransky

And they get a guy like Noel or O'Quinn or someone like that to play C...

If Mahinmi and Morris are jettisoned in a package, I'd be happy with that too

I dunno why wizards fans like to hold onto Porter like he's royalty. Iirc there were stretches early in the season where Oubre was given better performances off the bench than Porter. Porter while a good player and better than Oubre, has significant flaws and his passiveness(or maybe inability to create his own shot) really hinders him. BF and realgm likes him because he's quiet, low usage and can remain blameless while passing the blame on Wall and now even Beal for everything from personal life to IQ. Always got a hint of :mjpls: when I hear folks online discuss Wall. Maybe because most (not saying you) of the people commenting likely dont care for outspoken black men but I digress

Cousins can fit in the modern NBA. The Wizards will have to significantly modify their playbooks but the wizards have to try to do something. Cousins to DC has been spoken upon for the past 8 years. Cousins with no foot would be better than any center or big we have had since maybe Chris Webber:francis:

On another note, heard the Wizard number 1 pick in this past draft, has changed his Jersey number from 0 to 6 :sas1:












Cousins wears number is 0:sas2:


Oubre is from Louisiana but the numbers works well with Porter from a trade standpoint
