DJ simply doesn't have the ball handling to succeed in the post consistently. He will end up turning the ball over a lot. The Clippers fukked up by not developing him in the post in his younger years in the league. Now he kind of is what he is.

YOU Know what i love about the playoffs? how ibasketball is raised to the nth level and all flaws n imperfections are examined .................DJ, Harden, DH are all fantastic all star players but their games have holes and in the playoff when you play the same team multiple times and the coaching staff is proficient and diligent enough to make adjustments ( Hi Mchale) then the holes get exploited. thats was make NBA so boring to the casual fan there are hardly any upsets as the better team usually wins which to bball purist is the way it out to be

DJ has came a long way though but we've always needed a legit SF in the lineup for the past 10-13 years. Plus quality back up bigs to come off the bench. Its hard to make a deep playoff run without these two things

@Weedizmedicine what do you think this season has been doe, this was a go get every rebound and focus on blocks etc season.. I'm not saying the Nygga Kareem @The G.O.D II .. But to say there is no post game and opportunities for the clips to punish certain match ups mean u ain't watching the games Breh
I'm just saying that outside of pick n rolls and back door cuts or any situation where someone is giving them the ball in a position to dunk,
They shouldn't call any plays for them. All their points should be off dunks, putbacks, oops, and the occasional post hook during mismatches.
because realistically if you can't shoot 50% or higher in the low post scenarios. you're better off letting your shooters go to work. Post moves are supposed to high percentage shot. if you do no better there than your guard does at the 3 point line, you may as well go for the 3 everytime.

Sure I get what you are saying. But against OKC(and the majority of Cs in the league) its not happening. Their strength in the front court is speed and athleticism.
