Some of these songs could have been more catchy if they werent trying so hard to keep them so short. They should of chopped "mike tyson blow to the face" and repeated that line a few times. And they should of kept malice on the same beat for Pov.

As for the album, I give it an 8. The emceeing is elite. The production is consistently dope, but there's a few tracks that I could do without. "So Be It" took me back to 2002 Clipse. Had me waiting on a Roscoe P. Coldchain verse. My favorite song is "All Things Considered".

I've made posts about how hip hop producers reach a certain high then stop going outside and being active. Then one day they decide they wanna step back outside with atrophied muscles trying to get that old feeling back. We saw this shyt recently with Dr Dre. As great as he is, he stopped being active for all these years and lost touch

On the opposite end this nikka Pharell has been around the entire time In the past 25 years I can't think of any significantly long break that Pharrell has taken, and he's as sharp as ever. P fukks with the youth, fukks with his peers, nikka is designing clothes etc

Nikkas think age is a death sentence in hip hop when the truth is the real death sentence is nikkas stop being active and deliberate about their art. That's what makes nikkas Nikkas need to take notes from this album, aesthetic, and rollout because these 50 year old nikkas bodying this shyt

So yes nikkas need to seriously start having the Pharell conversation

Comparing Pharrell to Dre is laughable. Pharrell came in the game doing what many of ya'll discredit Dre for doing: having co-producers. Pharrell was 1/2 of a duo, which technically was him co-producing for the better part of his career. Nothing for Pharrell has done solo is elite enough for us to be having a Pharrell conversation. The Neptunes are already considered top 10.
