I really hope the album is far better than the single! :francis:

The beat on the single is basic!
Both Push and Malice raps are trash!

Push: "Yellow diamonds look like pee pee.....":mjlol:

"pee pee, DC, Waikiki, 3 peat, repeat...Meechies, Easy, CC, VV's, GT's...Kiki, RiRi"

:dead:

Malice: "NASA, Mufasa, Oscars, su casa, Nirvana, Fu Gee LaLa, Alibaba, Lady Gaga, Hakuna Matata...."

:dead:

I like the Clipse but this rudimentary Ai Biggie Smalls shyt so repetitive and boring. shyt sound like some typical hipster zombie brunch music.

But rap hot garbage in 2025 so it is better than 90% else out.

I mean it’s not supposed to be the most lyrical shyt. You’re also downplaying rap as ONLY the rhyme word when all of these punches are more about the whole rhyme (setup and punch)

“Drugs killed my teen spirit welcome to Nirvana” is simple as hell rhyme wise but dope

“You was fuge-la la, I was Ali Baba…dressed in House of Gucci made from selling Lady Gaga” is fire too

Brah I'm clowing this song based off the repetitive rhyme scheme and the boring beat. song just mid to me. I like the Clipse but I definitely don't like EVERY song of any artist.

The more I play this song the more I laugh.
The lines you quoted wasn't shyt special to me just making references to subjects in the most trivial way.

If this fire to you: :manny:

That's cool.

I just hope the album a lot better than this 1 song I heard.

I’m loving the fact that old school rollouts are back!
I like it for prestige projects or big events like Clipse reuniting. For a lot of independent artists or smaller releases I prefer the model of just putting that shyt out.

And low key I think it's smarter for most artists to just drop it real fast. Attention spans are real low. Smaller acts dropping lots of singles every couple weeks? People forget there's even an album coming out after a while. People just don't stay excited about many things for 4-6 weeks in a row anymore.

But yeah, for certain artists and projects it can be really fun.

Reluctantly, going to the NY show...

I've never seen the Clipse live, although EG kill it live EVERYTIME...

But it's not even that...

I fxking HATE traveling to Terminal 5...

Top 2 worst possible commutes to any venue in NY is Terminal 5...

And for some reason, it rains every time I've made the commute there...
