Nah, Chad isn't suing over credits. He's suing because Pharell tried to get sole control over the trademark "The Neptunes", when its the name is supposed to be owned by both of them
I don't get why people think Pharrell without Chad is wack and vice versa. I think they are best as The Neptunes and still feel people overrate Pharrell to the extent that he is solely credited by most for work done as The Neptunes.
