Hasn’t been a good hook addition since the 00s. Even Pharrell hook on the album closer was cringe. Fridayy, weekend, Sampha would’ve been better options imo

It doesn't matter who sings it,what ruins those hooks is too many words. Clipse are the type of rappers that still try to be lyrical on hooks, which is why Pharrell is supposed to come up with some simple shyt for the hook. Without Good hooks they're basically the Virginia version of jadakiss
