Former Clipse manager gets 32 years for leading drug ring
The same one that made all the rounds back in January 2010, I was trying to find the official US Attorney's office press release, but their archive doesn't go back that far. Because it's almost unheard of to receive a 32 year sentence, and have it reduced to only 6 years, I wonder if the news story misreported, and maybe he really got 15.

As far as him being released in 2017.....No, there's been no story, nor would I really expect one, outside of maybe a investigative journalism piece from a local paper. You can find Anthony Gonzalez, age 41, in the BOP system, at a USP in Virginia, his release date is in 2017. The BOP isn't in the habit of misrepresenting release dates.....And that, in addition to the 'Snitch' song, I think it's him, and he's getting out, unsure why you are do skeptical.

I always thought it was funny how when Tony Gonzalez got indicted, the Clipse dropped Till the Casket Drops. Listening to it made it blatantly obvious they were distancing themselves from that situation. Then Gene took it another step further. You could tell he knew they dodged a bullet. That's not to discredit his faith either as I believe he's genuine.

I believe he was released last August.....Pretty standard sentence reduction for massive cooperation in piecing together drug trafficking organizations across the country. What happens is, you get sentenced like normally, and then work off the extra time through cooperation.
