While I do think thats a lot of seasoning, I don't think seasoning causes clogged arteries. In fact, depending on the seasoning, its a good alternative to salt, because there's much less sodium....thats just OD seasoning, lol

it's the frying that is bad for your arteries. if her seasoning is light on salt, then it is not a problem. while that looks like a lot of seasoning, it depends on what it is. there are dry rubs that are subtle enough that you can completely coat meat with it and it is not overpowering - just depends on what she has.
