Cloning like that is science fiction. If a person is cloned, their experiences and phenotypes would be unique. A clone of Beyonce would not be "Beyonce". She may wind up a teacher or a stay at home mom.

I'd be more worried about the genetic engineering of children. The wealthy would quite literally be better than you, in every way. Stronger, smarter, better looking, better resistance to disease, etc. That's terrifying.

Cloning legislation would be introduced making it illegal to clone someone without their consent. Or maybe it would be legal but you have to have a licensing deal signed to do it. Licensing Beyonce's likeness would probably cost a grip so you'd probably just find poor girls who look just as good or better than Beyonce and license them for a fraction of that price.
