Quackenbush is L Ron Hubbard mans had Drew Gulak fighting in an ant costume for a Wawa hoagie and 8 Zimbabwean dollars.
Dude they really had next during the peak of the Indies in the 2000s.
Come on, man. When did this happen? The only event attracting a good crowd was King of Trios. Rest of the year they were doing shows in college basketball courts and gyms. There were a couple moments when they got some buzz going: Before the first shutdown, and the time when they changed all the licensed entrance themes for generic ones (There was a rumor about a TV show, but nothing came from it, obviously), plus the occasional online article about this "different" and "fun" comic-based promotion.
They were a very niche cult, which barely could keep a stable roster beyond the lifers who were drinking that kool-aid and repeating the mantra:

I drunk the kool aid and it hurts that Quack killed something beautiful. It hurts hard

the thanksgiving hoagie as a bonus for King of Trios.
I stopped following Chikara after the BDK angle finished with that dope Cibernético match. After that I checked some King of Trios matches and some special stuff (like 1-2-3 Kid vs El Generico and some Eddie Kingston matches)
And yeah, there was never really a "peak" Chikara. KOT was their staple but they were basically always the same promotion.

The editing of this and the way Quack speaks makes this seem like some kind of parody or at least that Quack is an alien
. Dude out here cutting promos over something serious as allegations.
