That 100 million budget is this was at least a 200 million dollar movie. I think the studio only provided 100 mil...

There was no way that general audiences were gonna want to see this shyt though.. Even a lot of my friends who are into film were completely turned off

i saw it last night and i liked it. didn't know how about the run time until the movie was over though...

Yeah, aside from it just being a strange movie to start with....the trailers weren't really that great. They released that one that was 6 minutes and it still never really showed us why we NEEDED to see this.

Also, Hanks and Berry really ain't poppin' like that right now....feels like this movie was cast 10 years ago or something.

the cast is horrible. Hanks is actually the only reason id consider it. Hugo Weaving i guess too. I dont care about Halle Berry, i know she won an Oscar, but i can't imagine her being good enough to carry 5 roles. Hugh Grant? the kid from 21?

Half of the characters look absolutely ridiculous too. When i saw the pic of Hanks as that black or latino kingpin looking dude, i was out.

That running time is what kept me from seeing it this weekend. You can't tell me that they couldn't trim some of that shyt down to at least 2 hours.

the worst is in Neo Seoul in the future. THey did a good job with Halle Berry (her role is brief) but Hugo Weaving and Keith David were Korean.

I nearly passed out 4x....it really was a clusterfukk...all them sub-plots squashed together like that left me like ...it was like I was watching a DVD with the scenes on shuffle...

In my theater the audience either passed out or walked out...

sh!t was terrible and pretentious. All the gay sh!t was disgusting and unnecessary. Hollywood keeps trying to force this sh!t in your face. I would have walked out but I fell asleep like half the folks in the theater.
