And that's why the "justice" system is bullshyt. What is the charge for the person who lied to you and ruined your reputation,making you a sex offender?
Then you have to ask do we really want 15 year old liars being charged with crimes. A justice system without nuance is nonsense. If judges are so stupid that they need to see things in black and white to make their jobs simpler,they shouldn't be in that proffession.
