Heard him Say it during last nights game, Mike breen agreed , they both said LBJ is a better passer and he can dominate in more ways :ehh:

Not saying I agree or disagree with him but here is another former player with nothing to gain saying that LBJ is better

Couldn't find a vid so here are tweets from other people that heard him too

Stuff like this always comes down to the type of team you want to build.

Both dominant.
I suppose that the SG position historically has been weaker than the SF. So from a positional scarcity perspective you may be inclined to take Jordan. However, few SF have the versatility of Lebron.

Debating who is greater and who you would take if building a team are different arguments.

Edit - on the other hand you probably would have to calculate just how important a strong SG correlates to winning vs other positions (ex elite catchers are scarce but don’t correlate to wins as much as, say elite CF). It’s not a simple argument.

Taking anybody over Jordan is foolish IMO

I don't know if Clyde's guilty of it, but I notice a lot players from yesteryear(60's 70's 80's) use Bron as

a buffer to hate on MJ
You could just as easily express it as they played against him so they’re not affected by the media trains that most fans were during those 90s and even to today

Like you just said nobody should be taken over Jordan...no objective player thinks like that
