Candidly, Lebron joining the Knicks and leading them to a title may be the one thing he can do to get casual fans (read: majority of fans) to give him legitimate consideration as the GOAT.

It's unlikely he would ever go to NY. And perhaps even less likely he could lead them to a title, but it would be up there with Messier and the NY Rangers if it ever happened.

You could make an argument for Wilt or Kareem over Jordan imo...
Not saying I would but it wouldn't be a completely crazy discussion.

I think what slot of ppl miss about Jordan vs LeBron is the mentality in practice. Just playing against a dude like MJ day in day out will elevate your game and thus the team since he's so intense and competitive. A dude like Tristan Thompson on the bulls becomes the next Rodman
