Inspiring? Quitting after being given everything? Are u serious?
Yeah it is inspiring when you stand up to a company and say I don't need you anymore because you don't care about who I am as a human being, you simply care about how much $$ I can make you.

Also wwe's stance has been that talent get themselves over with whatever they are given. CM got himself massively over due to his talent. He's a tremendous worker who can cut a solid promo. Also he was booked at times questionably and still got over so how was his popularity given to him?

It's hard for me to understand people that have your point of view. I don't get how you can believe a worker somehow owes a company something. This company cares about making more $$$ not the talent, they are all independent contractors.

A man saying fu to an employer, walking out on his own terms to persue his dreams is inspirational

He got over with his techniques but so did Jake the Snake, Perfect, and Rude but they werent given a year long reign even though they were in a era where their ratings blew away Punk's. Alot of over guys didnt get half the push begotten to CM Punk. He was good for awhile but he didnt affect people like Razor or anyone who was denied and held back.

Punk had it real easy in 2012 compared to Daniel Bryan. Soon as he start putting a couple guys over? He's bytching and its always someone's fault in his eyes..Miz, part timers..had every excuse in the book. U fell for his pipe bomb promo and want to stay loyal to a quitter? Thats fine but he was given everything for a guy just getting 2.5 ratings every week until the Rock popped up in 2013 and ratings magically went up a full point.

He didnt say FU to any employer..he just couldnt handle others pushed as hard and he left laughably in short order afterwards. Inspirational? Comical and disappointing considering his age and everyone who put him over to make him look like a real star.

How can you hate "cripple h" and the "41 year old bytch" but then be salty about the one wrestler to stand up to them?
He didnt stand up to shyt when he was winning everything and all his friends he was puttting over in interviews were getting jobbed out. Soon as his money got higher..all that talk of change? Went out the fukking window. Played u all like saps..it was easy to spot. Nygga thought he was a Stone Cold 2.0 but became a sidekick for an AJ Lee storyline? Wtf:laugh: He didnt stand up to that..he did it for money..he KNEW THAT WOULD LOOK STUPID but he laid down for it because his money got higher.

Lol so now he has to fight for everyone else? They have voices and backbones too, if they don't feel they are used right then they should speak for themselves and not rely on daddy Punk. Crazy how you put such high expectations on a guy you seemingly despise.

Punk fought for himself which is all anyone can do. He was the highest merch seller in the company and his reward was facing Daniel Bryan in mid-card matches for the championship while Cena was facing Johnny Ace in the main event. Today, You have Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose main eventing PPVS and Wrestlemanias while they were never even half as over as Punk was and are on top during the worst business years in quite some time.

I don't get how you can say he didn't affect people. His talent got him over and affected people that way and his straight edge lifestyle has made him a role model to others.

You said he complained about putting people over but in the podcast he was on he said he wanted to put over the shield but management decided he should beat them 3v1.

Also he was given that title reign but how many times did he main event at ppvs? How many times did wwe decide to supply less cm gear compared to Cena at live events to make sure he would never out sell Cena in merch. Of course when the rock came back ratings went up and one reason is because the rock is the man and many peoples childhood hero. The other reason is the E wasn't fully invested in creating new stars, they wanted to rely on the past.

You said he couldn't handle other people being pushed but he's been on record multiple times saying he was lobbying for Daniel Bryan to get his big push because it was his time and management didn't want to acknowledge him . Big E has stated CM helped him a lot by going to management and saying he would like to work with him. Also, sure guys put him over but which guys buried him? Oh that's right retired and part time guys, way to build a star.

Fans that hold your point of view and call home quitter seem offended that he walked out of the company as if he owed you something. The man stood up to a company that has a documented history of shyting on employees and said no I'm not going to take this, I don't need this company.

DB was gonna work with Sheam and Punk with HHH.
