Feels like this thread kind of glossed over the part where Punk sued the WWE and didn't he get sued for defamation by the doctor? Wouldn't that play a factor in whether he'd ever work for them down the line, especially considering that Trips will be running the show by then?

Austin walked out on the company twice, Punk ain't committed a crime or done anything crazy. If Hulk could testify against Vince and be welcomed back, Punk will be welcomed back.

Hulk never testified AGAINST vince. He was called by the federal govt to testify ( aka he had to come) and actually testified vince did nothing wrong and got hik off. But because hulk left and was at wcw vince ran wit the narrative to shyt on hulk wit the fans. If hogan woulda tried to lock vince up best believe wed never see him again. Money or no money
