Yea this run sucks. He was actually motivated and a difference maker in AEW. In WWE he’s just another one of the handful of plug & play main eventers that are clearly a tier below Roman & Cody.

The MJF feud, The month long Samoe Joe feud, the Eddie Kingston feud and the back and forth with Moxley were top tier.

And we never know when this MF will be there and when he won't. Aside from his injuries, You knew every week he'd be on Collision doing meaningful stuff.

On top of it, he pops off saying if anyone has a problem with him then come talk to him face to face. Colt Cabana reportedly approached him backstage to try and clear the air/squash their beef. Punk told him that he didn't want to talk to him without a lawyer present. I think that's likely what led to the downfall with half the locker room losing respect for him.
