is CM Punk a UFC plant? The way they've taken advantage of his name recognition makes me feel like they're gonna give him easy fights and decision to protect their investment.

Punk is a 37 year old man who spent 15 years taking bumps, he has no legitimate competitive fighting background, with about 4 years of jiu jitsu and maybe 2 of full on mixed martial arts training. Unless they just pick some random barroom bum there are no easy fights for him. Maybe 20 years ago you could have protected him but not today.
