Nah you're clearly all in your feelings about something. I dont care for someone like Miz so I just rarely mention him, maybe one sentence on topic here or there. Are two wildly different and unrelated topics. It's not just a "legitimate reason"; Punk's name and likeness to his character, which he owns, is being used without him being compensated properly. If this were to go to trial somehow, Punk would win hands-down very quickly based on what happened with O'Bannon/NCAA lawsuit.
