Yeah except they didnt. Bryan is humble..he says all kind of wild stuff. Last time CM Punk was around, he got eliminated by Kane and the fans chanted Daniel Bryan as the camera stayed on him like he was a nobody.
Punk is seen as a martyr today but that crowd won't turn on Bryan at WM 32 after the sh1t he's been through...CM Punk return or not. And in truth, the crowd turned on Punk at Over The limit for heel Bryan...not the other way around.

The camera didn't even catch Punk's elimination and when it did they SHAT on it hard, and the crowd NEVER turned on Punk(except for heel heat) and even then they were forced to bring him back as a face because the people refused not to cheer him.

Punk killed Dwayne every week in that feud. Outclassed him on the mic and carried him in the ring.
