Starz is a hybrid neighborhood that was traditionally Crip and has morphed thru multiple evolutions of identity, to now in the last 5 years taking on a Damu one, but they don't really demo as real Bloods. Thats a whole other story but its a small area that seems like it has more heads because they aligned themselves with nikkas from all hoods under some "mozzyK" shyt. Some rap shyt...

Oak Park clicked up with half of whiterock and Lincoln Village, North Highlands, the ManorsK, FagloneK, and Nogales. Every other hood is MozzyK (except Northgate and Gardenland idk about them)
