Starz is a gang that got the name from Shining Star Drive a street that runs thru G Pkwy. And yes but no. Only no because it’s crips running with bloods and rus that ride with Mozzy. There are Pirus from Valley Hi that are MK and some that are from Ridezilla. Same with the East. Some are MK and some are pro Mozzy.

And before that The G was a duckoff spot like Seavey/Caledonia, and before that it was Crips under the 2x car/Gardens back in The War Years...

"Tradition" in G Parkway flips every 5-10 years, they have no foundation like that and there relevance on Sac streets and gang hierarchy is literally about 15 years old. Nobody used to be from there because everybody there was from somewhere else, and for sure it wasn't a Damu set...

Far as who The P has linked with, the reason its four times as many people who push MozzyK or OPK is because really most hoods by themselves can't see Oak Park. Its gentrified but hell so is G Parkway, that shyt is not brackin the way it was in 2008 and its mad cameras thru there...

Hoods like VHP was on life support, there was like 15 of them nikkas a decade ago and VHGC was the set with the numbers out there, they was never really a factor either but they had the key in that area until what, 2012 or so. Nogales is seen as Blood lovers by Southside Crips and was getting it from all sides from Northside Blood gangs, all them dudes were moving to Highlands and ducking under them or disappearing so aligning themselves with enemies of DPH kept them alive...

Half my fam is SMG and I'm there all the time when I'm in the city, they always been legit but they were always losing vs The Heights, does clicking with P sets benefit them or P nikkas more? VNG is clicked with ES Ru so they more so Mozzy friendly but really, North politics not as heavy with that Starz/Mozzy shyt, some of the lil homies in these hoods link up but we do our own thing on The Side...

G Parkway itself had gunners but there was maybe 50-60 of them dudes. Like you said East Side Piru was on life support and never was a major factor in the city. We can go down the list, the only hoods with any real credibility that could sit at the table with Oak Park was Meadowview and The Heights (and most of us Mozzy age in The Heights not MozzyK, we neutral more than anything)...

So it aint really Oak Park clicking with people because Oak Park never needed to, its gangs that needed to align themselves for or against Oak Park to survive. Oak Park always been both one of the biggest hoods and one of the ones with the most gunners, all these hoods linking both for and against The P is more a sign of respect than anything else. G-Parkway by itself, without all this friendly team up shyt that THEY started, is legit but they don't have the heads or the gunners to run with Oak Park straight up...

And I don’t know when Fruits aligned with them, they always beat to they own drum and it aint like Bris was up under Lav and these nikkas, Ridge is a respectable area because they never ran for help with anybody...
