Personally HBO is my favorite off the quality of brand programming alone, but I need to see what their plans are for 4K and what them Max originals are looking like first if I ever want to include them in that S tier at some point.

I actually gave this a run and for the most part this works quite weIl however she gave Philo a 7 on variety saying "it focuses on one particular segment of show" then gave all teh sports services E-tier because "there wasnt enough variety". Didn't really compute with me.

yeah...shyt they even split up Cinemax and HBO, and DC...shyt all should be in one app/HBOMax moving forward
It's not that confusing. HBO Now is a standalone streaming platform for all HBO programming. Max is entirely different. It's WarnerMedia/AT&T's streaming service with offerings from their vast library in addition with HBO's. Now is most likely going away after Max launches.

So somebody who has a HBO sub already would have to pay for Max right?
If you're currently subscribed to HBO Now, then your app will automatically update to Max on the 27th and you'll continue to be billed $14.99 monthly. It's no extra cost.
