Cheeto ended the mandate on the IRS charging people I think $1200 for not having insurance & Massachusetts/California implemented their own mandate. Cheeto also wants Newsome to get rid of the California Air Resource Board ( carb ) which sets emissions standards & fuel quality in California. Carb makes everything more expensive in California. Why does California need its own special fuel is beyond me . Every state should be under the EPA standard to do business. Big business are tired of all the phony money schemes by the state .
