O i get it, friend. The rich have fleeced friends and now want to isolate themselves economically from people/infrastructure they no longer want to fund in any shape or form.

That could be a very cold future where land ownership is scarce and the rich have economically segregated themselves to sectors where only people who make a very high amount of money can live while everyone else, gets poorer and dumber. Historically, this is a good way to start forms of chaos.

Are you just talking about taxes? California is nowhere near a progressive majority. Have you followed state-level or local politics out there? Only the coastal areas are really progressive. The state as a whole isn't clearly one or the other.

The California State Legislature currently has a Democratic supermajority... so i guess I should say Dems rather than progressive Either way, every thing is as how they want it, and there currently isnt anything that can stop them.

That said, it'll undoubtedly be either conservatives or the rich in silicon valley that get credited wit the states fall.
