It's usually quiet as hell on the weekends. All you hear is key tapping on keyboards. Now we got this new dude and new chick who talks the whole time. I got my headphones in but that doesn't stop them from talking. Im making it obvious that I don't want to be bothered

I work in construction! We in the middle of digging 22 ft holes straight into the earth that are 8 ft wide. We gotta tie off with harnesses in case the shyt collapse and we fall in. I got this fat rican dude with 1 tooth in the front yelling over all this loud ass noise talking about love and Hiphop!! I got on earplugs trying to ignore his ass but he just kept repeating the same thing over and over to make sure you heard it. I would just reply with a uh hug, ok, word, that’s crazy. Thank god dude quit.

We got another redneck dude that start babbling as soon as the day start at 5am! Nobody wanna talk that early! He drinks monsters at 5am and get himself hyped up and starts his lying. He’s one of those I did it better type guys. I told him I saw an accident on the way to work the other day and he says he did too the car spun around and hit a guardrail and burst into flames right in front of him !

Other day he told me he was a marine.

Also told me he communicates with ghosts on the regular.

Yes. Our hr lady is like this. She can fukking talk, when you see her you have to avoid eye contact and keep the greetings brief.
Sometimes you’ll get caught tho, she’ll start and 2 hours later you’ll be in her office knowing how her whole week went, what’s going on In her home and how busy she is even tho she’s talking to every one all day long we rejoice on the days when she doesn’t have to come in to our location.

Got a white boy at work that knows everything. He talks constantly about everything that he can do. He tries to one up anyone else stories or minimize others abilities. He complain about the managers. He's always doing the most. I can put him to do one task... he somehow makes something that's so easy, complicated. He then pats himself on the back. He loves correcting nikkas, even if he's wrong... and always got some trivia or pop up facts about every topic.

Oh and there's the single moms gossiping and have conversations about their kids, food, and men all damn day long. Hoes lying about having husbands because they have 8 kids... lol

Temp workers talkng about shyt that they don't need to be talking about like drugs, p*ssy, and jail. Complaining about pay when no one asked them to apply.

All day... yapping. I don't socialize at all... I'm about my business and I can't lose my respect.

Man, yesterday, this dude wouldn't stop talking to me, even though I was CLEARLY scrolling through my phone. I don't wanna hear about no fukkin World War II.

Both sets of machines we run were down, so we basically had a "sit down and chill" night at work.
