Cutler will be a very good QB if they get him a great O-Line, one more pro bowl receiver, another solid running-back and a stud TE.

7 years in the nfl, never had a qb rating over 90, never has thrown 30 Tds, every year double digit ints, two seasons over 3,300 passing yards.

Going to Chicago really stunted his development. Just this year they realized he needed receivers. Maybe next year they'll get him a tight end.
