Ask what any coach can do without LeBron. The Heat are 4th in the East with little talent. They play hard for Spo though. He’s a REAL coach like what Kyrie was talking about.

The problem IS that Lebron doesn't want a real coach. He wants a yes man coach who will run the system Lebron wants to play. Lebron had a real coach and got him fired. It's on Lebron for the way things are.
