Bosh’s deal is off the books I think. Five first round picks is a shytload of picks considering that wade might only play another year or two. Considering Riley got Shaq for Brian grant, Caron Butler, Lamar Odom, and one first round pick, I’d look to negotiate down that number. Five first round picks is absurd.

If the Cavs organization wasn’t in a constant state of chaos every 3-5 years there’d be an actual point to commiting. But look at JUST this past off season. Gilbert failed failed to resign Griffin and basically threw him out the door AS Griffin was working on deals and trades that would add roster stability to the team. Because of this Irving got the opportunity to strong arm a trade and Lebron basically saidat the notion of commiting long term to such ineptness.
And on the subject of Blatt. fukk Blatt. He wasn’t no victim just like 46477477 players who get traded or waived. Situations change and you have to be adaptable in this league or your ass is out. Blatt didn’t adapt to having Lebron on the roster, made some heinous rookie mistakes (despite all that supposed world class Euro experience) and got canned. That’s how it is in the league and if it were a player who got waived because he couldn’t adapt to the coach no one would bat an eye.
